A questionnaire score no longer arrives on its own. Severity, the change since the last time the patient filled it in, and the threshold for a clinically meaningful change now appear with it, right in the note.

Group sessions get proper attendance tracking, and a round of work went into the parts of booking and the patient portal that were losing people partway through.
